I’m Emily, a Business Support Partner for small business owners. I work with you on an as-needed basis to take care of the tasks that feel overwhelming, time-consuming, or outside your comfort zone. From customer service and HR support to vendor management, operations, design, and branding, I provide reliable help so you don’t have to do it all alone. My goal is to give you peace of mind by the hour, so you can focus on the parts of your business you enjoy most.

In 2015, my husband and I co-founded STUMP, a plant and lifestyle brand rooted in community, design, and education. Over the years, we expanded to multiple locations across multiple cities, launched new product lines, and nurtured meaningful relationships with our customers. Running STUMP taught me how to balance creativity and operations, build a brand from the ground up, and adapt through changes in growth, staff, and market shifts. The lessons I learned in the process about resilience, resources, and the power of support are what inspire me today to help other small business owners thrive.
